FIFORMS SET APP PATH

FIFORMS_SET_APP_PATH is a global function which detects and sets the XML_PATH, MENU_PATH, and RPT_PATH configuration elements in the FiForms configuration, as well as including any application-specific configuration that is available. This function should always be called at the end of localconfig.php
